Terms of Service

These terms describe the free Menu Dynasty restaurant-menu service. By checking the agreement box when registering or submitting customer information, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

For restaurant businesses

Each business may create one owner account and manage one restaurant profile. You must verify your email, keep your sign-in details secure, and provide accurate menu information. You are responsible for prices, descriptions, dietary labels, allergens, images, and the rights to content you upload. The service supports up to 1,000 menu items per business.

For restaurant customers

You may browse without an account or agreement checkbox. Your selection is a temporary list to show your server, not an order. Menu Dynasty does not submit orders, process payments, or calculate tax, tips, or fees. Ask restaurant staff about ingredients, allergens, availability, and final prices.

Your private information stays private

Menu Dynasty will not allow restaurant businesses to access customer email addresses, private customer identifiers, or bill images collected for reminders and customer-directed bill emails. Contact information is used to provide the email features you explicitly request. Restaurants may see overall ratings, comments, table identifiers, interest counts, and reminder-request counts. Do not include personal or confidential details in rating comments.

Requested emails and consent

When you request a reminder, we store the information needed to send one reminder after 60 minutes. Its rating link expires after 30 days. When you email yourself a bill photo, we optimize and store it and include it inside the email; it may also appear in a requested reminder. Email delivery can be delayed or filtered into Spam or Junk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate a business, attempt to access another business’s data, or submit someone else’s private bill or contact information without permission. Menu Dynasty may restrict abusive use. Menu availability and email delivery may be interrupted.
